Ronald Peterson’s primary role in life is being a father and husband. When he’s not with his family, he works as a fire captain in a large metropolitan city in California. He discovered Stoicism while trying to explain ethics and morality to his children, which led him to study with the College of Stoic Philosophers.
Ron holds a black belt in judo and teaches at a local judo club. He also trained for many years in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and karate. In his remaining free time, he enjoys hiking the Sierras, scuba diving, reading and traveling the world with his family.
