Mark Stary is a musician (guitar, harmonica, organ, singer-songwriter), therapy dog session instructor (Canine Inspired Change), podcaster (Minnesota Music Shakedown), charcoal pencil portraitist & wood carving artist. Mark has been practicing Stoicism since 2018. He joined the College faculty in 2021, developed the “On Heraclitus” (2023) & “Stoic Cosmic Consciousness” (2024) courses and is the creator and host of the “The College of Stoic Philosophers Podcast”. Mark lives in St Paul, Minnesota, and travels back and forth between Wisconsin and Minnesota performing music and teaching.
