As Epictetus cautions “be careful where you place the Good”. That is where I began my Stoic journey, asking myself what is a good life, for certainly, I desired that. Through independent study, but mostly through the coursework and mentorship of the College of Stoic Philosophers I was able to find my answer.
I now share the ‘good life’ with my wife, children and the local Stoic community in the S.F. Bay Area. B.A. in History, graduate of the College, founding member of the Redwood Stoa, and Board Member of The Stoic Fellowship.
