I discovered Stoicism on 2018 through a growing general interest in philosophy. I felt then that it might provide structure, meaning, and guidance that was lacking in my life, though that was not really understood. Since learning more about Stoicism through self-study, the SES , and Marcus Aurelius Program at the college, and implementing it into my life, that initial feeling has proven true. And I work now daily to know myself and the cosmos, and thereby change myself for the better.
I live in northern Alberta, Canada in a small town called Slave Lake with my wife and three children. For work I am a Journeyman Carpenter and teach carpentry at my local community college.
