Meraz works in the UK as an Osteopath and Medical Acupuncturist at his own clinic just north of London. His first degree was in Engineering, and he then worked freelance as a Systems Analyst for 10 years, before retraining and changing careers.
He met his wife at university and together they have 4 grown up children, and 2 cats.
Meraz is interested in how exercise and aging relate to health which overlaps with his professional work. He first encountered Stoicism around 2010 in dealing with various life challenges, and was then drawn further towards Traditional Stoicism, completing his SES course in 2018 and then his Marcus Aurelius Program early in 2023.
